On the morning of July 30, 2025, Xiao Mei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Rizhao Vocational and Technical College, and her delegation visited Jenmour New Energy Company to conduct a research visit and hold a symposium on industry-education integration. Dai Tao, Deputy General Manager of Jinma Group, and Liu Junchen, Executive Deputy General Manager of Jenmour New Energy, along with other leaders, accompanied the group throughout the activities.
Secretary Xiao Mei praised the Jinma Group for its efforts in helping graduates from the Japan Vocational College secure high-quality employment and for innovating talent-development models. During a friendly exchange, both parties reached a consensus to further broaden areas of cooperation and deepen the level of collaboration in the future. They will prioritize advancing substantive partnerships in areas such as joint talent development between universities and enterprises, collaborative innovation in science and technology, and the co-creation of research platforms—while also actively exploring new opportunities. "New talent co-development and sharing mechanisms," such as "two-way talent mobility" and "shared outcomes from research and innovation." By continuously deepening their collaboration, both parties will precisely align enterprise job requirements with the college’s talent output, ultimately delivering high-quality professionals to Rizhao City and jointly contributing to the region’s economic and social development.
