Wind turbine blades

Jenmour New Energy's research team conducted extensive computer simulations and experimental validations—such as on-site load, acoustic, and dynamic measurements—on wind turbine blades, enabling them to optimize the blade design and continuously enhance both the blades' reliability, quality, and superior performance. Key features: a. High-performance epoxy resin replaces unsaturated polyester resin, significantly improving the adhesion between the glass fiber and resin interface. This enhancement boosts the blade's load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and erosion durability, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh operating environments. b. The blades feature an optimized aerodynamic profile and structural design tailored for large composite materials, achieving maximum blade area with minimal weight. This innovative approach maximizes the blade's ability to capture wind energy efficiently. c. The blades are lightweight yet maintain uniform mass distribution, with precise control over their dimensional accuracy. As a result, they deliver dependable long-term performance under various conditions. d. At the blade tip, a metal structure is integrated as a lightning receptor, effectively protecting the blade from lightning strikes and safeguarding the continuous, stable operation of the wind turbine generator system.

Tower cylinder

a. Equipped with internal ladders for easy maintenance and inspection; b. Designed with sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand high wind pressures; c. Features stringent surface protection requirements and an advanced anti-rust treatment for the tower cylinders, ensuring durability and resisting corrosion to maximize the tower’s service life; d. The tower cylinder materials are selected according to specified drawings and technical standards, ensuring their mechanical properties and chemical composition meet relevant national standards—and are backed by corresponding quality certification documents.
