Strong partnership fuels Jenmour New Energy's next major leap forward.

On June 3, Mr. Wang Ye, Chairman of Beijing Tianqi Hongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and his delegation visited our group for an inspection tour, accompanied by Ma Zubin, Chairman of our Group, among others. During the visit, they signed a cooperation framework agreement with Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd. for Japan’s onshore 320 MWp wind power project. Beijing Tianqi Hongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is an energy and new-energy investment enterprise specializing in technology development, technical consulting, technology transfer, and technology promotion; corporate management; electricity sales services; sales of mechanical equipment; software development; IT consulting services; and computer system services. They also signed a cooperation framework agreement with Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd. for the 320 MWp onshore wind power project in Japan.
  Beijing Tianqi Hongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is an energy and new-energy investment enterprise specializing in technology development, technical consulting, technology transfer, and technology promotion; corporate management; power sales services; machinery and equipment sales; software development; IT consulting services; and computer system services.
  Before the cooperation meeting, Chairman Wang Ye and his delegation first visited the group’s headquarters workshop and our company’s under-construction production facility, conducting an on-site inspection of the production areas to gain a deeper understanding of the manufacturing processes. They subsequently expressed high praise for our group.
  Under the agreement, both parties will fully leverage their respective strengths to jointly advance the implementation of onshore wind power projects in Japan, tailored to the local market conditions. This collaboration aims to achieve greater development efficiency and maximize investment returns from wind farms—ultimately realizing a mutually beneficial partnership focused on shared growth and success.
  Going forward, Jenmour New Energy will also focus on technological innovation, enhancing product quality, and building new competitive advantages to better support the global transition to renewable energy.
