Industrial Upgrade: Strategically Positioning the New Energy Sector to Build a Green Industrial Park
Gazing out at the Jinma Industrial Park, 47,000 high-capacity, highly efficient solar photovoltaic panels are arranged into 14 distinct arrays, gracefully spanning the rooftops of the park’s factory buildings—and together they form the Jinma Group’s impressive photovoltaic power generation matrix.
Last year, Jinma Group launched a photovoltaic power station project, leveraging the underutilized rooftop space of its factory buildings. By harnessing solar energy for electricity generation, the company achieved self-consumption while feeding excess power back into the grid. This initiative not only delivered significant economic benefits to the enterprise but also contributed to energy conservation and emission reductions, yielding substantial ecological advantages.
Currently, the project has fully connected to the grid, reaching its maximum daily output of 96,000 kilowatt-hours and an annual total generation capacity of 16.8 million kilowatt-hours. Self-consumption rates exceed 75%, and based on average daytime electricity prices, the project generates annual revenues of approximately 13 million yuan.
Building solar photovoltaic power plants is just the starting point for Jinma Group as it accelerates its strategic layout in the new energy sector. Focused on high-quality development and industrial upgrading, the group is committed to creating a green, low-carbon industrial park. In 2019, Jinma Group harnessed the power of Yufeng to launch a wind power project, actively pursuing R&D, application, and manufacturing innovations in renewable energy fields such as wind resources—and is now fully ramping up its expansion into the green, clean-energy market.
In the complete wind turbine assembly workshop at Jenmour New Energy, workers are currently assembling the JM330KW wind turbine generator unit. This highly intelligent equipment is independently developed, designed, and manufactured by the company itself. It uses a wind speed and direction sensor to provide real-time wind speed and direction data to the central PLC, ensuring the turbine operates safely, efficiently, and continuously generates electricity.
On December 27, the company successfully shipped its first independently developed and produced JM330kW wind turbine, which has now arrived on-site for installation and commissioning. The turbine will be used in the "Yanchang Petroleum 1GW Wind-Solar-Gas-Hydrogen-Pastoral Energy Internet Demonstration Project," jointly developed by Jenmour New Energy and Yanchang Petroleum. Additionally, six more assembled JM330kW wind turbines are set to be exported to Japan upon completion of installation.
Jenmour New Energy has also partnered with top research institutions like the Chinese Academy of Sciences, achieving significant breakthroughs in the development of new projects. The company has successfully converted wind kinetic energy directly into both cooling and heating energy, addressing diverse market demands—including coal-to-energy transitions, agricultural heating, industrial heat applications, and commercial cooling/heating solutions—both domestically and internationally. This innovative approach not only promotes energy efficiency and environmental sustainability but also boosts operational productivity, showcasing immense market potential.
Encouragingly, the company has now emerged as a solutions provider and equipment supplier for the Ministry of Commerce's foreign aid wind power projects. Additionally, it is actively engaging in discussions with Shandong Port Group and Qilu Transportation Development Group to jointly advance renewable energy initiatives at their respective ports and highway service areas. At the same time, the company is aggressively expanding into key markets across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Europe and North America, as well as Latin America.
