On the morning of October 10, Diao Weiqiang, a second-level inspector with the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a provincial research team to Jinma Group to inspect the province's reform efforts in building a skilled industrial workforce. Wang Lei, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Rizhao City Federation of Trade Unions, along with other leaders, accompanied the visit. Liu Juchen, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, also joined the delegation throughout the event.

Liu Junchen welcomed the leaders of the research team to Jinma Group for their visit and guidance, accompanying them on a tour of the Group’s Employee Training Center, exhibition hall, and the No. 3 Machine Processing Workshop at the headquarters. During the tour, Liu Junchen briefed the visiting leaders on the company’s development journey, industrial upgrades, product innovations, and its presence in both domestic and international markets—highlighting in particular the significant achievements the company has made in recent years toward transitioning from traditional to new growth drivers, as well as in areas like automation and smart manufacturing. He also provided an update on the group’s ongoing efforts to reform and strengthen its workforce development initiatives.

In recent years, the group has continuously strengthened its efforts to build a robust workforce of industrial professionals. This includes enhancing employee training programs to elevate skill levels, fostering cultural engagement to instill a sense of pride and ownership in the company’s success, and improving talent selection and development processes to unlock fresh momentum for employees to drive innovation and business growth. Additionally, the group has been steadily raising employee compensation and benefits, further boosting organizational cohesion and ensuring that workers feel valued and rewarded. To support these initiatives, the group has introduced several key incentive programs, such as the "Employee Skill Competition Award Incentive Measures," the "Employee Skill Enhancement Incentive Measures," and the "Innovation Fund Management Regulations." These policies not only recognize outstanding skills but also provide tangible rewards and institutional safeguards for top-tier talent. Today, the group’s growing pool of skilled professionals has become a vital backbone driving the company’s innovative development and transformational upgrades. They are playing a pivotal role in advancing the application of cutting-edge technologies within the industry and facilitating the successful commercialization of groundbreaking innovations.

Diao Weiqiang highly praised the Jinhma Group's efforts in reforming its industrial workforce development as well as its consistently stable production and business performance. He emphasized that industrial workers are the backbone of societal wealth creation and the driving force behind innovation-led growth. He urged the company to further deepen reforms in building its industrial workforce, innovate institutional mechanisms, enhance worker skills, and ensure smooth career advancement pathways. By doing so, the company can fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of its workforce, cultivating a dedicated team of industrial workers who are ambitious, steadfast in their beliefs, technically proficient, innovative, and committed to taking responsibility and making meaningful contributions—thus helping the province take the lead in fostering high-quality economic development.
