On the afternoon of January 13, Tang Bo, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, led a delegation to visit Jinma Group for research purposes. Yang Hongfu, Party Secretary and Director of the Rizhao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, along with Chen Xulong, Member of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Rizhao Economic Development Zone, and other leaders, accompanied the group. Ma Zubin, Chairman of the Group, also joined the visit.
Chairman Ma Zubin warmly welcomed Director Tang Bo’s visit to the Group and personally guided the delegation through Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd., as well as the group’s headquarters’ machining production workshop. During the tour, Ma Zubin briefed the leaders on the company’s development journey, its strategic industrial layout, ongoing R&D innovations, the international market competitiveness of its products, and how the company has been driving the transition between traditional and emerging industries in recent years.

Recently, at the launch event for Jinma Group’s “Digital Factory” project, a newly upgraded plan for building a digital factory platform—designed to integrate all business processes, production elements, and the entire value chain—immediately grabbed attention and sparked excitement.
The platform leverages industrial internet technologies and the concept of digital twins, aiming to seamlessly connect every stage of the process—from sales orders and technical workflows to production planning, shop-floor execution, and ultimately, order delivery. Ultimately, it seeks to establish a fully transparent, digitally-driven factory that enables human-machine digital interaction, fosters collaborative digital manufacturing, and supports data-driven decision-making in management.
One can only imagine what Jinma Group will look like after successfully implementing this "digital factory" initiative.

On January 7, Wang Wei, a first-level senior judge from the Shandong Provincial High People's Court, along with his delegation, visited Jinma Group in Rizhao City. On December 27, the first JM330kW wind turbine, independently developed and produced by Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd., was successfully shipped. It will be deployed in the "Yanchang Petroleum 1GW Wind-Solar-Gas-Hydrogen-Pastoral Energy Internet Demonstration Project," jointly developed by Jenmour New Energy and Yanchang Petroleum.

The "Yanchang Petroleum 1GW Wind-Solar-Gas-Hydrogen-Pastoral Energy Internet Demonstration Project" has been selected as one of the first 55 pilot demonstration projects under the National Energy Administration's "Internet+" Smart Energy (Energy Internet) initiative. Additionally, the "Yulin Jingbian Photogas-Hydrogen-Pastoral Multi-Energy Complementary Project" is set to further advance renewable energy integration in the region.

Recently, our company successfully launched the 1.32MW distributed wind power demonstration project at the Jingbian Oilfield, developed in collaboration with Yanchang Petroleum! Currently, construction has already begun on the foundations for the 330KW wind turbines. Meanwhile, our factories in Rizhao and Dezhou are working seamlessly together, diligently preparing every detail to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution.

Jenmour New Energy Holds Internal Training for Its Three Management System Certifications
To ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s three-system initiatives and further standardize management across quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety frameworks, while enhancing awareness among managers in these critical areas, Jenmour New Energy conducted a training session on September 5 focused on the standards and audit techniques for the quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety systems. All employees participated in this comprehensive workshop.
Through this training, staff gained a deeper understanding of the system standards, mastered the requirements and methodologies for internal audits, and clearly identified key priorities and areas for improvement moving forward. This initiative provides a robust foundation for continuously elevating the company’s overall performance in quality, environmental stewardship, and occupational health & safety.
