By providing clear, step-by-step guidance and explanations, the trainers effectively addressed employees' concerns, filled critical knowledge gaps, and reinforced their sense of responsibility toward safe work practices. Additionally, the training emphasized proactive anti-violation management, encouraging every employee to actively participate in ensuring workplace safety. As a result of this comprehensive and interactive training, employees significantly enhanced both their safety awareness and practical skills, laying a solid foundation for the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainable and secure operations.
