A delegation from the Municipal CPPCC leadership visited Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd. for a research visit.

On July 30, Meng Fanxiang, Vice Chairman of the Rizhao Municipal CPPCC Committee and Party Secretary & Director of the Municipal Sports Bureau, led a delegation to Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd. for a research and inspection mission related to the CPPCC Committee's key proposal titled "Suggestions on Developing Clean Energy to Support the 'Ecology-Based City' Strategy," which is being addressed through the city's "Four-Party Coordination" mechanism. Wang Lei, Member of the CPC Working Committee and Head of the Party and Mass Work Department of Rizhao Economic Development Zone, accompanied the delegation. Ma Zubin, Chairman and General Manager of the company group, also joined the visit. 
During the visit, Chairman Ma Zubin briefed the visiting leaders on Jenmour New Energy's project cases, production modules, and overall company development. The company is dedicated to advancing medium-sized wind turbine projects, as well as research in areas like distributed energy systems and microgrids. Actively aligning with national policies, Jenmour New Energy is accelerating the energy transition by fully leveraging oil and gas field sites, industrial parks, and other strategic locations to develop innovative distributed wind, solar, and microgrid initiatives. To date, the company has successfully completed several landmark demonstration projects in regions such as Changqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, and Yanchang Petroleum. Additionally, it is collaborating with ports like Tianjin Port and Qingdao Port to build cutting-edge energy infrastructure at key terminal facilities. Meanwhile, Jenmour New Energy has formed strategic partnerships with industry leaders like State Power Investment Corporation and Goldwind Science & Technology, jointly driving the development of green new-energy industries aimed at supporting sustainable rural revitalization efforts across county-level regions. 
Vice Chairwoman Meng Fanxiang highly praised Jenmour New Energy for its technological R&D, product innovation, and overall growth momentum in the new energy industry. She emphasized that companies should actively seize the emerging opportunities in today’s rapidly evolving new energy sector, integrate upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain, and accelerate the development and manufacturing of comprehensive new-energy solutions—including wind power, advanced materials, and microgrids. At the same time, she encouraged leveraging the city’s ecological advantages and robust production capabilities to establish a premier hub for new energy industry development, further aligning with green development goals and reinforcing the "ecology-driven city" vision.
