On the morning of September 14, Wang Yihua, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led a delegation from the provincial task force tasked with stabilizing and supporting the province's economic foundation to conduct a research visit to Jinma Group. Accompanying the delegation were Zhang Hui, Secretary of the Rizhao Municipal Party Committee; Ming Ming, Member of the Municipal Party Standing Committee and Secretary-General; Jia Gang, Member of the Municipal Party Standing Committee and Vice Mayor; and Sun Li, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, among other local leaders. Ma Zubin, Chairman and General Manager of the Group, also joined the visit.

Chairman Ma Zubin warmly welcomed Vice Chairman Wang Yihua and other leaders to JINMA Group for their visit and guidance, accompanying them on a tour of the Group’s Headquarters, specifically workshops No. 3 and No. 4 specializing in machining operations. During the visit, Ma Zubin shared with the guests an overview of the company’s development journey, including its industrial upgrades, product innovations, and insights into both domestic and international markets. He highlighted particularly the significant achievements the company has made in recent years—such as driving the transition from traditional to new growth engines, as well as advancing automation and smart manufacturing initiatives. Additionally, he briefed the delegation on the company’s latest R&D breakthroughs in developing key core components for commercial vehicles and next-generation electric vehicles, covering systems like steering, braking, and drivetrain technologies. Finally, he provided an update on the company’s economic performance over the past six months.

Chairman Ma Zubin stated that recently, the national, provincial, and municipal governments have introduced a series of policies and measures aimed at benefiting businesses. Leaders at various levels have visited Jinma multiple times to provide guidance and closely monitor how these policies are being implemented on the ground. We’ve truly felt the strong support from the national, provincial, and municipal authorities for our physical enterprises. The newly released policy documents—such as those promoting the high-quality development of the private economy—have enabled our company to fully benefit from preferential measures like land support, tax exemptions, and investment subsidies. As a result, Jinma Group has further unlocked its growth potential, invigorated market dynamism, and strengthened its long-term momentum for sustainable development. Despite the ongoing global economic downturn in the first half of this year, Jinma Group still achieved growth exceeding 10%, significantly boosting our confidence and determination to drive forward corporate transformation, upgrade operations, and enhance overall efficiency. This remarkable performance has injected powerful momentum into our journey toward innovation, quality improvement, and greater competitiveness.

Vice Chairman Wang Yihua highly praised the Jinma Group for its unwavering commitment to technological innovation and its consistently stable growth trajectory. She also noted that governments at all levels are actively implementing measures to promote the high-quality development of the private economy, continuously fostering a more favorable environment for private enterprises. Through a range of supportive policies aimed at easing business burdens and reducing costs, these initiatives are helping companies overcome challenges and seize opportunities in their growth journey. By cutting taxes and fees, businesses are reaping tangible benefits that fuel their expansion and competitiveness. Meanwhile, Vice Chairman Wang encouraged enterprises to remain confident in their long-term prospects, stay focused on their core businesses, embrace continuous innovation, and strive to take the lead in driving the high-quality development of our province’s private sector.

Secretary Zhang Hui emphasized that local governments are strongly supporting the transformation, upgrading, reform, and development of private enterprises in the region. They remain committed to a problem-oriented approach, continuously improving the business environment and proactively addressing practical challenges that hinder growth. At the same time, they are dedicated to providing robust services and solid support to businesses. Secretary Zhang also encouraged enterprises to fully understand and leverage the robust policy support from the national, provincial, and municipal levels aimed at boosting the private economy. By seizing these opportunities and fostering innovative growth, companies can capitalize on their unique strengths—whether in technological innovation, product development, or market expansion—to unlock even greater potential for growth. Ultimately, this will help further strengthen and expand our city’s automotive and auto-parts industry cluster, contributing significantly to the region’s economic prosperity and social progress.
