Jenmour New Energy Successfully Hosts Its Second Quality Month Event

On September 23, to reinforce the company’s quality objectives—“Innovation-driven, Quality-first, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction”—and to emphasize our work theme of “Balancing Quality with Responsibility while Pursuing Efficiency and Excellence,” our company organized the second annual Quality Month Skills Competition. This event featured four key competitions: a Quality Knowledge Exam, a Mechanical Assembly Contest, a Basic Measurement Challenge, and an Electrical Identification & Error-Correction Test. Through both written tests and hands-on activities, employees from various departments gained a deeper understanding of component internal structures, assembly techniques, and standardized procedures. The competition not only highlighted the critical importance of quality but also promoted widespread awareness of quality principles, encouraged proper operational practices, strengthened job skills, and ultimately fostered a stronger sense of unity, accountability, and teamwork across the organization. 
The company’s departments across the board actively participated in and carefully approached this initiative, driving improvements in quality while firmly keeping in mind that true quality is built to last. Each department rigorously upheld quality standards, ensuring that no substandard products ever made their way to the market. Beyond the tangible economic benefits, this Quality Month campaign has provided a profound opportunity to reaffirm and elevate our employees' dedication, sense of unity, and commitment to practical, results-driven principles—qualities that will undoubtedly become the company’s most valuable asset as we continue on our path toward sustained and stable growth in the future!
