The Rizhao Municipal Government, CSSC Wind Power, and Jinma Industrial Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony for a new energy project.

On October 20, 2023, the People's Government of Rizhao City, China Shipbuilding Group Wind Power Development Co., Ltd., and Jinma Industrial Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Chongqing for the "Rizhao New Energy Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park Project." Attendees at the signing ceremony included Li Zaiwu, Secretary of the Rizhao Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Jia Gang, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor; Lu Donglei, Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone; Ma Zubin, Chairman and General Manager of Jinma Group, along with other city and district leaders, as well as key executives from Jinma Group.
To fully implement the initiatives proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping The "3060" goals for peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality will be fully leveraged, with CSSC Wind Power and Jinma Group planning to invest in and build the "Rizhao New Energy High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park" project in Rizhao Economic Development Zone. We will jointly collaborate on the manufacturing and operation & maintenance of offshore and onshore wind power equipment, establishing a digital and intelligent O&M base that will serve and expand its reach into Shandong Province and even the broader East China region's wind power aftermarket. Promote the orderly development of renewable energy in Rizhao City and ensure stable, sustainable growth of the wind power equipment industry. Meanwhile, both parties will also outline a long-term development plan, collaborating on a high-end wind power equipment manufacturing industrial park project that integrates cutting-edge equipment manufacturing, digitalized integrated control for green energy, offshore marine ranching, and emerging offshore industries such as wind-to-hydrogen production.
