Recently, to better address the physical and mental fatigue, irritability, lack of concentration, and emotional instability that employees often experience after holidays—along with challenges such as inadequate maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities during downtime—we’ve specially organized a post-holiday safety production training session for all company staff. The training focuses on aligning everyone’s mindset, analyzing the current safety production landscape, conducting accident prevention education, and outlining specific safety tasks. This initiative aims to enhance employees’ safety awareness, strengthen workplace measures, reinforce safety management practices, and proactively prevent any potential production-related safety incidents. The meeting was chaired by Production Manager Wang Zhenqiang, who took care to highlight the unique safety challenges facing our organization, as well as the critical responsibilities and labor discipline requirements for every role in ensuring safe operations. Attendees also watched an accident警示教育 video and participated in case studies of real-life incidents, helping everyone understand the severe consequences—both for the company, families, and individuals—that can result from unsafe or non-compliant practices. Additionally, the session underscored the legal liabilities employees may face, aiming to deeply resonate with participants, encourage them to learn valuable lessons, and solidify their commitment to maintaining high safety standards as we resume work.
