To comprehensively implement and carry out The guiding principle of "Safety First, Prevention-Oriented, and Comprehensive Management" ensures the company's safe production, further enhances its ability to respond to emergencies, and enables proper organization and handling of various unexpected incidents, ultimately supporting the enterprise’s sustained and secure development. On November 26, 2022, Jenmour New Energy organized a company-wide training session on the "Emergency Response and Rescue Plan," focusing specifically on four key specialized plans: the "Natural Disaster Emergency Response Plan," the "Object Impact Accident Emergency Response Plan," the "Infectious Disease Emergency Response Plan," and the "Poisoning Emergency Response Plan."
During the training session, the safety officer provided a detailed explanation of the preparedness plan, interspersing it with real-world, representative accident cases to help participants better grasp the material. As a result, the training effectiveness significantly improved compared to previous sessions. After the drill concluded, an on-site assessment was conducted, during which attendees actively raised their hands to answer questions and shared their insights on both the emergency plan and proper incident response procedures. Finally, Wang Zhenqiang, Director of the company’s Safety Office, delivered a brief summary, offering several recommendations for refining and enhancing the existing emergency plans, while also emphasizing the need to elevate the overall competence and readiness of each rescue team in handling emergencies.
This training further strengthened employees' safety awareness, equipping them with comprehensive knowledge of emergency rescue procedures and helping them clearly understand their responsibilities and mission—thus laying a solid foundation for future accident response efforts.
