On the morning of October 24, Li Zaiwu, Secretary of the Rizhao Municipal Party Committee, visited Jinma Group to inspect its new energy industry and aluminum alloy precision forging project.
Ma Zubin, Chairman and General Manager of the Group, was accompanied by Zhao Changde, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, during the event.
Li Zaiwu visited the CSSC Jinma Green Energy Equipment Manufacturing Base, where he thoroughly reviewed the project plan, construction timeline, and other relevant details.
Li Zaiwu pointed out:
Enterprises must seize strategic opportunities, leverage their resource advantages, accelerate project timelines, and ensure robust project implementation to cultivate fertile ground for industrial growth. They should fully embrace the new frontier of the renewable energy industry, particularly capitalizing on the strategic opportunity to expedite the development of offshore wind power projects. By focusing on niche areas like "wind, solar, hydrogen storage, and charging," companies should strengthen strategic planning, optimize resource allocation, and foster innovative applications—continuously unlocking fresh momentum and competitive edges for high-quality development. Meanwhile, they should actively attract more new-energy industry chain projects to Rizhao, striving to build cost advantages and amplify cluster effects.
The China Shipbuilding JINMA Rizhao Green Energy Equipment Manufacturing Base project is jointly invested and constructed by China Shipbuilding Group Wind Power Development Co., Ltd. and Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd. Phase I of the project primarily includes the construction of a complete wind turbine assembly workshop, as well as workshops for components, integrated commissioning, and overseas marketing—aiming to establish a comprehensive new-energy equipment manufacturing base focused on wind turbine main units and control systems. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of over 1,000 wind turbine units, along with advanced control systems, yaw and pitch control systems, and nacelle covers. Additionally, leveraging Rizhao Port's strategic location, an overseas marketing center will be set up to expand into international markets for wind energy equipment. Phase II will involve the development of a blue ocean economic complex integrating marine ranching, offshore wind power, and marine culture & tourism, fostering the integrated growth of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.
Li Zaiwu carefully observed the operation of robotic equipment at the precision forging automated production line in the group's aluminum forging workshop, thoroughly examined the aluminum alloy precision forging and heat-treatment production processes, inquired about the technological advantages and market prospects of aluminum alloy products, and personally inspected the new site for the aluminum forging project.
Li Zaiwu emphasized:
Accelerate the advancement of technological innovation in the aluminum forging industry, fostering both technological advantages and strong product competitiveness. Encourage enterprises to closely target high-demand sectors such as new-energy vehicles, aerospace, and high-speed railways, where premium-quality aluminum forged products are essential. Continuously increase R&D investments, speed up technological innovation and product upgrades, and leverage the industry chain to drive and lead the way, ultimately boosting the high-quality development of our city’s aluminum forging sector.
Jinma Group is prominently focusing on building an integrated, state-of-the-art automated production line for high-end aluminum alloy products. The company has already established one precision forging and heat-treatment line, along with two advanced precision machining lines, all equipped with domestically leading and internationally cutting-edge manufacturing equipment. These facilities produce aluminum-forged components and precision-machined parts tailored for automotive chassis systems, thermal management systems, and powertrain applications, accelerating the group’s strategic expansion into the high-end aluminum alloy market. Looking ahead, Jinma Group plans to concentrate its top-tier resources on constructing more than ten intelligent, world-class aluminum alloy precision molding and processing production lines. This initiative will further extend the company’s integrated solution chain, enabling it to develop and deliver premium-quality flagship products across key industries such as aerospace, low-altitude aircraft, automotive manufacturing, and rail transportation—ultimately strengthening its leadership position in the industry.
