On the afternoon of January 13, Tang Bo, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, led a delegation to visit Jinma Group for research purposes. Yang Hongfu, Party Secretary and Director of the Rizhao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, along with Chen Xulong, Member of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Rizhao Economic Development Zone, and other leaders, accompanied the group. Ma Zubin, Chairman of the Group, also joined the visit.
Chairman Ma Zubin warmly welcomed Director Tang Bo’s visit to the Group and personally guided the delegation through Jenmour New Energy Co., Ltd., as well as the group’s headquarters’ machining production workshop. During the tour, Ma Zubin briefed the leaders on the company’s development journey, its strategic industrial layout, ongoing R&D innovations, the international market competitiveness of its products, and how the company has been driving the transition between traditional and emerging industries in recent years.

Recently, at the launch event for Jinma Group’s “Digital Factory” project, a newly upgraded plan for building a digital factory platform—designed to integrate all business processes, production elements, and the entire value chain—immediately grabbed attention and sparked excitement.
The platform leverages industrial internet technologies and the concept of digital twins, aiming to seamlessly connect every stage of the process—from sales orders and technical workflows to production planning, shop-floor execution, and ultimately, order delivery. Ultimately, it seeks to establish a fully transparent, digitally-driven factory that enables human-machine digital interaction, fosters collaborative digital manufacturing, and supports data-driven decision-making in management.
One can only imagine what Jinma Group will look like after successfully implementing this "digital factory" initiative.

On January 7, Wang Wei, a first-level senior judge from the Shandong Provincial High People's Court, along with his delegation, visited Jinma Group in Rizhao City. During the meeting, Ma shared updates on his efforts as a provincial人大代表—highlighting his dedication to fulfilling responsibilities, submitting constructive proposals, and contributing to legislative initiatives. He also expressed gratitude to courts at all levels and to the visiting leaders for their ongoing support and engagement with人大代表, which has been instrumental in fostering the growth and development of enterprises.

As temperatures continue to soar, the group’s heat-prevention efforts have intensified, bringing cooling treats such as green bean soup and watermelon directly to frontline workers who remain steadfastly committed to their roles.

On July 15, the city held a crucial meeting to advance the nationwide effort toward becoming a Civilized City, rallying everyone to firmly commit to winning this critical "battle." Every citizen is not only a beneficiary of a civilized city but also a key participant and driving force in building it. We all have both the responsibility and the duty to take the lead in contributing our efforts to this vital initiative.

On the afternoon of March 5, to support COVID-19 prevention and control efforts, the Party Committee of Jinma Group issued an initiative titled "Take on the Mission in Fighting the Epidemic, Unite Hearts Under the Red Party Flag," calling on all party members to voluntarily contribute donations and lend their support to the fight against the pandemic. Immediately after the initiative was launched, members of the Jinma Group Party Committee and secretaries of various branch offices stepped up as role models, leading by example with their own contributions. In response, party members across the organization enthusiastically joined in. United in their determination to overcome the epidemic, the group’s Party Committee collected a total of 34,920 yuan in just two hours—donations that quickly came together to form a warm wave of solidarity and collective effort in the battle against the virus.
